Rural communities like Glen Rose face quiet but deep challenges. Addiction, stress, and economic hardship often overlap—and the path to recovery isn’t just about getting clean; it’s about finding purpose.

At River Rose, we help people rebuild their lives from the inside out. Using CliftonStrengths and Genius Spark, we coach individuals to discover what they naturally do best and how to use those strengths to create stable, meaningful work.

Some find better jobs. Others start small businesses. All begin to see themselves not as problems to be fixed, but as people with potential waiting to be unlocked.

Our approach blends life-skills coaching, hands-on learning, and community restoration. We offer short-term housing, practical support, and a safe environment for families to regain stability. In partnership with Texas A&M University’s Institute for Sustainable Communities, we’re creating a model that other small towns can follow—a place where recovery meets renewal, and purpose replaces pain.
