Our Three Pillars of Impact

River Rose operates through a simple, powerful model designed to restore people and strengthen community. Each pillar addresses a core need. Together, they create a pathway from crisis to stability to long-term renewal.
1. Strengths-Based Coaching
We help people discover what they naturally do best and how to build a stable life around those strengths.

Using the Genius Spark and CliftonStrengths platforms, we provide free and low-cost coaching for youth, job seekers, returning citizens, and underserved families.

The goal is always the same: clarity, confidence, and a path forward.
2. Transitional Work
We offer safe, dignified work opportunities for individuals recovering from addiction, trauma, incarceration, or homelessness.

Through hands-on projects on the ranch, daily structure, and relational support, people begin to rebuild habits, earn income, and stabilize their lives.

This is where transformation becomes practical.
3. Redemptive Housing (Future Development)
Our long-term vision is to create an affordable, community-oriented housing village on land directly adjacent to River Rose.

We have already taken the first step by acquiring 3.5 acres for $250,000 to begin this work. Inspired by Town Twin Village (San Antonio), the plan includes:
  • modest homes that restore dignity
  • shared meals and community rhythms
  • on-site support for stability and growth
This will become a model for how small towns can reclaim hope—one person, one home, one community at a time.
